February Lady Sweater
Yet another much traveled project.
From our old apartment and new house in Idaho to Washington, Montana, North Dakota, and Manatoba, Canada, we have the February Lady Sweater.
Started it in October, but for all of November and a good part of December it sat on it’s needles while I traveled to Tennessee, moved into our house, and finished up other projects.
The buttons are from Ram Wools in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
I love it, even though it’s a little too big. I will probably wear it a couple times to see if I’m comfortable with the fit, and if not I already know who I’ll gift it to.
I wouldn’t be sad if decided to pass this on and had to knit another one for myself. In fact, it’s such a fun knit and the finished product is so pretty that I would be surprised if in the years to come I didn’t find myself with multiple sweaters in different colors.
February Lady Sweater. Knit with Araucania Nature Wool in color 52 on size 9 needles.
It looks great. It would be fun to have a lot of these in different colors! I wear mine all the time.
OMG! So lovely, looked like the same colour used in the pattern. Btw, what type of increase did you use? It doesn’t look like M1s to me as there are no visible holes. I am making one, which I had to frog about 6 inches in because the first buttonhole looked wonky to me.
It looks amazing & the color is beautiful & you are the best knitter in the world! xxoo
Knockout color! I think the size is good, it just looks comfortable. Love you!
I love the color! 🙂 Really cool!
