There’s a Flickr group where every Sunday members post a photo of fabric from their stash. I’m stealing this idea, and instead of fabric you’re getting yarn porn.
My first picture is of a recent acquisition: Crown Mountain Farms Sock Hop in We are the Champions.
Gold and Purple together is such a fabulous color combination. This yarn is so soft and wonderfully squooshy. I envision myself knitting this into a pair of socks this summer while camping with my family.

Beautiful! There’s a house I drive by pretty often; it’s a gold-ish color with cream trim, and then deep dusty eggplant accents and the front stairs are eggplant, too! Your yarn is a match for it.
