Round 2
I’m currently sailing on the good ship bronchitis AGAIN. Or, more likely, still. Two months of hacking, sneezing, coughing, and enough tissues used that I feel I should plant a few trees to make up for all the ones I wiped my nose with. According to my doctor, I’m contagious, which means no work and more knitting time.
My Dream in Color shrug is finished and blocked. After my husband gets off of work tonight I’m going to have him take pictures of me wearing it, but in the mean time here’s a sneak peek:

I cast on for my next project last night before bed. I’m starting on the Kindred Knits Yoked Cardigan by Hannah Fettig. It’s such a cute pattern, and the sizes range from newborn to adult.

I’ve got about 2 1/2 inches done so far. I’m using Malabrigo Worsted – my first time ever using Malabrigo! – in Brown Berries, a lovely mix of dark rose and brown. I’m usually not a fan of single ply worsted weight yarn, but Malabrigo might change my mind. I can’t believe how soft it is!
Are you making the newborn size? HaHa! Love you! Take care of yourself!!!
