Matthew’s Socks

Last fall my brother requested a pair of ankle socks.

I think the wait will be worth it. I used Dream in Color Classy in Wine, my first time knitting with a Dream in Color yarn, and I see what all the fuss is about. My brother’s socks turned out very soft and warm. He’ll be dropping by my house later today, and he doesn’t know they’re finished and waiting for him.

    You know, I’ve been an impatient sock knitter lately, and seeing these makes me think that ankle socks may be the answer to get me over the hump. They look great.
