These are a few of my favorite things

It’s been a lovely weekend.

I made chocolate oatmeal no bake cookies.

Started a pair of socks for my brother.

Began rereading my favorite series of books.

And, in addition to the Sundara Seasons yarn from yesterday, received four skeins of Sundara Aran Silky Merino in color Ruby Port in the mail.

Later on today the husband and I are going to watch Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring, one of my favorite movies. During which I’m sure I’ll finish the first of my brother’s socks (more on those later). This is just the sort of weekend I needed.
