Brightening Up

The last couple of weeks have been most definitely unfun. When I finished my Waterlilly socks I chose a pretty, but bland, color for my next project because that was what fit my mood. But after a day or two of knitting I realized needed something that popped, a color that made me excited. So I turned my partial sock into a cup cozy:
And started on these beauties:
Blue Moon Fiber Arts Socks that Rock Lightweight in Dutch Canyon, knit on size 1.5 needles. My first toe-up socks!
I love them. Color makes me so happy.
